Passed Level 2. Coordinate the front crawl and back crawl. Introduce elements of the butterfly and the fundamentals of treading water. |

Passed Level 3. Improve skills, increase endurance by swimming (front crawl and back crawl) for greater distances. Butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, and turning will be worked on. |

Passed Level 4. Refine performance of all the strokes and increase distances. Flip turns introduced. |

students swim with more ease, efficiency, power, and smoothness over greater
distances. Level 6 is designed with Personal Water Safety, Fitness Swimmer and

Prerequisite = Pass a swimming skills pretest. A 25-hour course for 15 year olds who exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and maturity. |

Prerequisite = Fundaments of Instructor Training. Student must be 16 years old and exhibit a strong sense of maturity and responsibility. Class size must be at least 6 students. Course length includes the 4-hour FIT plus 30-hour class time. |

Must exhibit a strong sense of maturity and responsibility and must have the basic-level certification for the courses in which they will help. |

A 4 hour 20 minute course. A minimum of 6 students is required to offer this class. This course prepares individuals for aquatic emergencies by teaching them how to protect themselves while assisting others. |
