Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is designed for seniors, people with limited range of motion and anyone who wants to experience yoga but at a slower, less challenging way. Our focus will be on stretching, balancing, using chairs to modify postures, and breathing techniques to relax and restore the body, mind, spirit and emotions.
